It may take a couple of hours for your photos to be scanned, based upon the number of people in attendance. We will have activities for you while you wait. We also will have a special presentation at 10 and 2 and there will be a door prize drawings for those who attend one of these presentations!
Here are some things to keep in mind about your photos:
- Photos must be clean, not framed and not in an album.
- They should be film-based photos, not already a part of your digital library.
- We will not be able to scan photos that are on a secondary item such as a plate or cup.
- Photos must be no smaller than 2 inches (in one direction at least) and no larger than 8×10. Documents can be no larger than 8 1/2 by 11 inches.
- Photos should have your name or other identifier written on the back of each one.
- Please bring a list of a brief description of each photo with your photos.
- Photos may not be illegal or unethical in any way. This includes but is not limited to pornography.
